  1. Monday -Drinking day. You can drink kefir, as well as warm broth, preferably unsalted.

  7. 7th day- final.

The favorite diet is quite tough. Therefore, it is necessary to pay utmost attention to the correct way out of it. Otherwise, with a sharp return to the usual style of eating, the kilograms will return pretty quickly. To avoid this, you need to consider simple rules:

  • during the first month, you need to eat only low-calorie foods in order to be as close as possible to the physiological rhythm that the body tuned into during a recent diet;
  • refuse or reduce to an absolute minimum sweet pastries, any smoked meats, fatty, fried and starchy foods;
  • daily walking and light physical activity are recommended;

Important:The beloved diet can be reapplied no earlier than three months later.

7 days or 12?

If the diet is tolerated quite easily, then you can apply the 12-day option. The nutrition program consists of one-day mono-diets, alternating with drinking days.
